A 55 min group class using the mat. Small equipment may be incorporated to assist or challenge the participant through the Pilates repertoire. Clients will experience the foundation principals of Pilates – namely Breath, Concentration, Centre, Control, Precision and Flow, in a small class where much individual attention will be given. The benefits of the workout will include better body awareness, posture and core strength, thus enhancing the execution of other activities and sports.
